The Polar Oartex Row the Minot Light Roundabout
The Polar Oartex Came in 1st in the whaleboat division of the Minot Light Roundabout on Sunday. With a time of 1 hr 17 min (50sec behind the #1 pilot gig). Considering the 15mph winds, 20mph gusts and high seas, everyone involved is VERY happy with the accomplishment. So give them a hearty WCR pat on the back and a "OMG, Those look horrible! What the hell did you do to your hands?!" when you see them.

Destination Row with MBOWR
We teamed up with the Mass Bay Open Water Rowing crew to row Sconticut Neck and West Island. We took a break on the beach, had a swim and some lunch, then headed back for home. We're looking forward to more destination rows with MBOWR.
